Storage & Heating Instructions
All meals are fully cooked and frozen to lock in freshness. Keep frozen at all times and do not thaw before heating.
To Prepare:

Remove the plastic lid and place the aluminum tray directly into the oven.

Set oven to 200°C (390°F) — no need to preheat.

Bake until hot and bubbling (approx. 35–45 minutes, depending on dish).

Carefully remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
